San Diego Weddings are becoming one of my favorite things to photograph as a wedding photographer! When I first met Becky I knew we would become amazing friends. The only challenge, she lives in Australia!!! And I live in Phoenix. All thought we have only been together in person a few times, it is evident she is my soul sister!!! I am so honored to have been able to travel to San Diego, California to photograph her special day! Everything was straight out of a dream! Words don’t do justice to describe the day! Becky says:
“Wow, what a whirlwind of a week! For the past ten months we have dreamt of what our special day would be like and let me tell you…it was 100x better! From the moment I woke up to Adam’s text “I can’t wait to marry you” to having my bridesmaids surprise me with flowers all over the house, my heart was full!
The day only got better. After I was all dolled up, I was off to see my man!!! I arrived at the cliffs for our first look and my heart stopped. Seeing Adam standing there I felt a wave of calmness and excitement. I was going to marry the man of my dreams.
Ever since Adam and I got engaged we agreed we wanted our wedding to be a big party, where every single person we ever loved and cared about could be with us to celebrate. Well, we had the biggest party of our lives and were surrounded by all the people we love!!! Adam and I looked around to see the faces of nearly all the true friends we have ever had in our life and almost all of our extended family. I was overwhelmed to have family come from all corners of the world, to be supported by the most amazing 5 women who I absolutely adore, to have our parents there supporting us, and to be staring into the eyes of the man I had met 3 years ago who has completely swept me off my feet. I cannot explain the love I felt in that moment. It was a moment I will carry with me every day of my life.”
Thank you Becky and Adam for letting me be apart of your day! Love you both and can’t wait to visit in Australia!!!! <3
