Brittany + Wesley | Gorrono Ranch Telluride Wedding

 

It was Christmas Eve morning when Wesley popped the question! Wes and Brittany have shared many Christmas’s together and their tradition has been to always do their own gift exchange Christmas Eve morning. What Brittany didn’t know was her life was about to change! Wesley had already been up, showered, shaved, had the coffee made and was waiting for her to wake up to ask her one of the most special questions of their lives! When Brit came down stairs Wes was so excited to open gifts, he gave her her coffee and they sat down in the family room to start their tradition.

Brittany started off the gift exchange and grabbed Wesley’s present from under the tree and handed it to him. When it was Brittany’s turn to open her gift – she was very admit on having Wesley bring it to her because that what she had done for him. After going back and forth over this for 5-10 minutes, Brittany finally caved and got up to get her gift.

The “gift” that was under the tree was a HUGE box that was super heavy. When she picked the box up and turned around, Wesley was kneeling in front of the Christmas Tree with the biggest smile on his face. All Brittany could say is “Wesley! Wesley Robert? Are you Serious?” Wesley began so state he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Brittany and he then finally asked the famous question… “Will you Marry Me?”

Brittany could not say YES fast enough! With tears in her eyes, the biggest smile on her face, and then in the arms of her now Fiancé, that day could not have been any better. Wesley then proceed to tell her that they were meeting her parents, Vince and Louise – his parents, Stuart and Stephanie as well as his sister Tatum for Breakfast at The Joint at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ.

When Wes and Brit arrived at The Joint, Vince and Louise were already in the restaurant. (Side note. Wesley had asked Vince not to share the news with Louise until we got there. Vince had told Louise that they were meeting some close friends of theirs for breakfast so she would be surprised). When Brit and Wes arrived, Louise was very confused as to why everyone was at the same restaurant. She then noticed Stuart had walked in followed by Stephanie and Tatum. Brittany then showed her mom her ring and Louise bursted into tears of JOY! Her words… “It’s about Damn time!”

The rest of the day was filled with so much love and support from all of Brittany and Wesley’s family and friends. They shared the rest of Christmas Eve and Christmas day with their two families excited to join the two to make one happy family.

 

The wedding was full of close friends and family of Brittany + Wesley. One special fact…Brittany and I met through Barre3 in Scottsdale, Arizona! So of course we had to get some of our barre3 girls to do some B3 Anywhere!! <3
