Meet Teri!

No words could describe this fireball spirit, former teacher and Cardinals Cheerleader, women with her beautiful smile and heart of gold! No moment being her nurse was dull, and being her friend…priceless! Her constant determination has been so inspiring!

 

 

 

 

Teri was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000.  Countless  surgeries, radiation treatments, injections, scans and chemotherapy treatments since then and I’m still SURVIVING!  I’ve learned to not sweat the small stuff, to realize those things are temporary and will pass.  I’ve learned to be kinder to myself, to positive self talk and laugh at myself and dance in the rain.  Life is a gift!   I am grateful for every bit of mine and everything in it!!!!!!  I’m a Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer Warrior who will not stop fighting until the cure!
